R.I.P.D. is an approaching American supernatural film directed by Robert Schwentke. This was based on the comic book Rest In Peace Department by Peter M. Lenkov and published by Dark Horse Entertainment. Starring Ryan Reynolds and Jeff Bridges as Nick Walker and Roy Pulsipher. The Film R.I.P.D was set to be released on June 28, 2013 in United States by Universal Pictures but was moved back to July 19, 2013.
A recently slain policeman joined the group associated with immortal law enforcement officers working for the Rest in Peace Department as well as attempts to discover the guy who murdered him.
Right after the investigator Nick Cruz (Ryan Reynolds) is slaughtered, he is delivered to team up with the undead police division and is partnered with Roy Pulsipher (Jeff Bridges), an experienced police officer of the R.I.P.D the Rest in Peace Division, the division associated with dead police officers dedicated to protect as well as serve the living, malicious, bloodthirsty, evil spirits who refuse to move into the afterlife.
